Identify
the manpower requirement of the Company together with the Management. |
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION |
Develop
the Company benefits and compensation policies and procedures. Update the policies into the Company HR Policy and Procedures and Employee Handbook. Review the policies on a periodic basis to ensure compliance to the local statutory laws and the industry norms. Conduct market surveys on benefits and compensation to advise the client of the industry norms and standards on a periodic basis. Recommend changes and revision of the benefits and compensation as and when required. |
LEAVE MANAGEMENT |
Define
the leaves available and offered by the client. Define and develop the policies and procedures for the leave. Develop and implement the leave administration system. Administer the leave application and update the information accordingly. Generate the leave reports on a monthly basis and all related documentation. |
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT |
Develop
the appraisal system and methods. Conduct and carry out the training needs exercise vide the appraisal system Tabulate the training requirement of the Company and individual. Source for the trainers, identify the costs to develop the training program. Coordinate the training program. Update the skills and knowledge acquisition in the Employee skills and Knowledge Database. Develop the career path and development for the employees. Prepare a monthly training report. Prepare all the documentation related to this function. |
PERSONNEL INFORMATION & EVENTS |
Conduct
a staff audit in the initial stages and update on periodic basis. Update the employee information into the HRIS System. Create a personnel file to maintain and track all information and events related to the employees. Track and monitor all events i.e. probation, confirmation, promotion, transfer, increments, disciplinary actions and etc. Generate all the relevant documentation pertaining to this function. |
PAYROLL & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE |
Develop
a salary administration system and procedure. Collate, process the payroll information and generate the required reports. Generate the payroll report, payslips and statutory report i.e. Borang A, Borang 8A and CP 39 on monthly basis. Coordinate all statutory registration and monthly submission including the EA form for year end. Conduct salary survey on periodic basis to advise the client of the industry norm and standards. Develop all the documentation related to this function. |
INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS |
Develop
an IR procedure manual. Advise the client on the approach on each disciplinary case. Generate documents i.e. warning, show-cause, charge letter as required. Conduct counseling as and when required. Facilitate Domestic Inquiry process as and when required. Prepare the case submission for the client to submit to the IR office. Coordinate the case with solicitors if required. |
