| Abdul
Rahman graduated with a double degree in economics and
management from Sonoma State University, California. He
started his career as a HR Executive with Washington Inventory
Corporated in the US. He returned to Malaysia in 1989
and took up the position of Business Development Manager
with Ace Commercial Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. He rose to the
position of General Manager in 1994 and was responsible
for the entire operation of the company overseeing Malaysia,
Singapore and Indonesia.
Abdul Rahman set-up HRPM Consulting (M) Sdn. Bhd. in
1997 with a vision of establishing a specialized human
resources outsourcing outfit in Malaysia. He is also
a Director of Padi Beras Nasional Berhad (BERNAS) a
public listed company on the KLSE.

| Khairil
graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia with an honors
degree in 1991. He started his career with Western Digital
Malaysia (WDM) as a HR Executive. He later joined Time
Quantum Technology Sdn. Bhd. (Subsidiary of Time Engineering
Group Berhad) as a HR Specialist in 1995 prior to taking
up the position of HR Manager of Time Automation &
Management Services (TAMS, another subsidiary of Time)
in 1996.
Khairil was the Sr. Manager of HR before he left TAMS
in 1998 to join HRPM Consulting as Director of HR Services.
He was made a partner of HRPM in 2001.

| Logendran
holds a Masters of Business Administration from University
of Tasmania, Australia. He started his career with Scott
& English (M) Sdn. Bhd. before joining Delcom Services
Sdn. Bhd. as Senior Finance Executive in 1996. He was
the Assistant Accountant when he left Delcom in 1999.
Logendran joined HRPM in year 2000 as Manager of Payroll
Services and later promoted to oversee the overall outsourcing
operation and heads the Retail Business Division. |
